What is a technical review?

Following the on-site searching examining, one of our experienced title officers will assist you in a technical assessment of the documents found. We will help you interpreting the issues at hand and their impact to the title. As we perform a technical review, we will help you answer important questions including:

• Would any of the matters discovered in the documents prevent the buyer from using the property in the manner intended?
• Can any old leases be removed from the policy after further review of the current leases?
