Business Experience
Jonathan’s experience has focused primarily on mortgage banking and real estate law, including the oversight and facilitation of large volumes of residential and commercial transactions; extensive experience with title insurance claims, mitigation, and defense; foreclosure claims and defense; bankruptcy (debtor and creditor) related matters; and domestic relations representation. Throughout his professional experience, Jonathan has gained a broad understanding of banking regulations, title insurance underwriting guidelines, and contract law.
Jonathan is a proud to be a lifelong Arkansan, and a parent of three wonderful children, including two teenage daughters and a ten year old son. He was born in Little Rock, grew up in Fort Smith, and currently resides in Fayetteville. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his fianceé, running, and calling the Hogs.
